Do’s and Don’ts of Post-Botox Care

Do's:

• Move the injected area/face muscles

• Remain upright for 4 hours after injection

• If bruising appears, ice it for 24 hours

• Wash your face as usual and apply light makeup gently

• Be patient while you wait for your results (usually 7-10 days)

Don'ts:

• Take aspirin/ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E for a week before

• Drink alcohol for the next 24 hours

• Rub or apply pressure to injected areas

• Exercise or any strenuous activity that increase heart rate
